• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches
• Use our services in a manner that does not interfere with other users

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Commense AI and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Commense AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Commense AI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
